I post a recipe for delicious bread in my opinion, soft and suitable for both be stuffed with meals.

Ingredients:
- 500 gr. flour (I did 50% of flour 00 and 50% of Manitoba)
- 1 cube of yeast
-
220-230 ml of water - 10 gr.

salt Method: Mix the ingredients
and let the dough rise until doubled in volume. Take the dough and re-worked briefly to deflate the air bubbles that are formed inside, then spread with a rolling pin, giving it a circular shape about 3 cm high.
Allow to stand for half an hour and put in preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.

flour - 75 gr. lard
- water or milk to taste (as milk is softer)

Method: Mix flour and lard

Allow to stand for half an hour and then cut the portions to be applied with a rolling pin until they become very thin.
Preheat a gas flame on a cast-iron and when it came to be a hot place to cook the tortillas. During the cooking is good deflation, with the prongs of a fork, the bubbles that form in order to achieve the perfect cooking of the pasta.
